So, here in Rochester, NY there is this thing called the lilac festival. I’ve heard about it before, but I never actually went to it until this year. And man, was it something else. The gist is this. In this particular park there are these lilacs. And every year they bloom and look really nice and flowery. So people go to look at them. Across the street in the field there is the festival itself, which is like a carnival with less rides, less games and more other stuff.
Custom Robo
So when I played Smash Bros. Melee I noticed some interesting characters in the figurines gallery. The description said it was from a game called Custom Robo. Electric Sheep
So I’m fiddling with xscreensaver the other day. I see there are some savers in the list that are greyed out. So of course I esearch for them and I find one called electric sheep. Gourmet Geek Grand Opening
Gourmet Geek is now officially open for business. I announced its creation on my slashjournal, which you may be visiting from, and here it is. Whether or not this site gets visits or is a desolate wasteland, I will continue to update it as long as I please. I’m considering doing some sort of daily or weekly roundup, but that’s overdone. I’m also considering audio/video blogging, but hard drive space is currently limited. That will change when I buy 160 gigabytes for 120 dollars, hahaha! So, watch this space for fun action in the near future.
